Established in 1987 and based in the Dayton and Springfield Ohio areas, The McKenzie Group originally began as family-owned, investigating consulting agency.  Soon after, it became a professional services agency that provided skip-tracing, process service and investigations.  We quickly found ourselves consulting, conducting investigations, as well as performing security and debt collection training throughout the United States.

After thousands of hours of investigative assignments and successfully training hundreds of debt collectors, repossession agents, surveillance operatives, security agents and investigators in some of the America’s finest businesses, agencies, universities and utility companies, our principles expanded the operation to include security consulting and intelligence gathering operations. 

Developing our home base in Liberty Tower (formerly known as the Hulman Building) in Dayton, Ohio, The McKenzie Group, LLC expanded their services by employing agents to dispatch to their clients in Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, South Carolina and Florida.
